The Challenge
Visceral was founded on the premise that a creative studio could be built around mission-driven clients, and that these organizations deserve world-class creative strategy and design. The challenge has been to build a practice that delivers at that level, with a culture that reflects the values of the people we partner with. As a certified B Corp, we hold the studio to those standards every day.
The Approach
As a partner, I help shape every dimension of how the studio operates and grows. That includes leading creative direction across our most significant engagements, but it extends well beyond it: new business and client development, hiring and team building, the methodologies that govern how we work, and the studio operations that hold it all together. The role is part craft, part stewardship, part business. The throughline is making sure the studio scales without losing what makes it worth investing in: the work, the team, and the values.
